Hi folks,
In what seemed at the start to be quite a quiet year for gigs by our standards, we've suddenly had a late spurt (as does seem to happen quite often!) and now the diary is filling up nicely! We've added Otley Folk Club and Folk Festival as well as the Raise Your Banners festival. At Otley Folk Club and Raise Your Banners we will be morphing PlumHall and Hall Brothers, but at the Otley Fest PlumHall will be performing entirely in their own right.
We're in talks with three lovely venues to host some special Hall Bros anniversary concerts, at which PlumHall will perform stand-alone sets, which will take place later this year. More details as soon as we have them. We are also mid-way between recording the debut PlumHall album!
PlumHall are in talks with a couple of labels and both PlumHall and Hall Bros are in talks with an agent. Very exciting times - especially considering PlumHall's Tanglewood Guitars endorsement and our spanking new axes! Thanks Mike Neild at Tanglewood!

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, The Lotus Eaters have cancelled their June 13th gig at the New Roscoe, Leeds, so the night is cancelled for us too. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Next Saturday's gig (15th May) at the Old Chapel ("Swell") @ Robin Hood's Bay will feature Nick Hall (vocals, guitars), Duncan Hall (vocals, guitars), John Carey (violin, melodeon) and special guest Michelle Plum. Support comes from Wendy Arrowsmith.
